 Geography of Canada

Students study the physical geography of Manitoba and Canada, including political boundaries and geographic regions of Canada.

 

 

Living in Canada

Students enhance their knowledge and understanding of the country in which they live by looking at symbols of Canada, explaining Canadian Citizenship and identifying the levels of government. 

 

 

Living in Manitoba

We will be exploring the people and places of Manitoba. Learning to understand other communities and recognizing and taking pride in all the different cultures we have throughout our province. 

 

 

History of Manitoba 

We will be studying the important events and individuals who have shaped Manitoba into the province that it is today.

 

Canada's North

Student's will explore the physical and human geography of the new territory of Nunavut. They will study the natural resources and culture of the peoples.
